PAYMENT POLICY

• Room Rates are per room, per night and include V.A.T. and local tax
• In order to secure your booking a deposit of 30% will be required.

CANCELATION POLICY

• Non Refundable Rate:30 days after your booking you will be asked for the payment of the balance (70%). Note that if canceled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. • Standard Rate: For cancelations that take place 30 days before your arrival the deposit is 30% refundable. However, if you cancel the booking LESS THAN 30 DAYS there is no refund. In case of no_show you have to pay the total amount.
